Softwashing is a system that utilizes a low-pressure, high-volume pump to apply a cleaning solution to the exterior surfaces of houses and buildings.  Softwashing is safer and more effective than pressure washing.  By eliminating the use of high-pressure, the risk of damage to siding and roofs is eliminated.  The solution used in softwashing actually kills organisms that live on surfaces causing it to appear dirty, which provides better, longer-lasting results.   Pressure washing,  removes the dirt that can be seen but leaves behind spores that will continue to grow.  Our solution is safe for plants and all surfaces.
